Registration and payment
How do I register for a course?
On the course page, the table of dates has its own Register button for every announced date. It takes you to the registration page with the details of the chosen date already filled in. The online form is still being built: until then you can send the registration in a pre-filled e-mail, which we confirm.
What if the course I want has no announced date?
Join the waitlist on the course page. You will be the first to hear when we announce a new date.
How much do the courses cost?
We state the price at every announced date, both on the course page and in the schedule. The amounts are net prices and do not include VAT. Dates of the same course can differ in language, location and price, so the price in the row of that particular date is the one that applies.
How can I pay?
Online card payment is not available on the site at the moment. After we confirm your registration we agree the invoicing details by e-mail; the invoice is issued by BDAT Solutions Kft.

About the courses
In which languages do you run the courses?
In Hungarian and in English. The language of a given date is shown at every date, on the course page and in the schedule.
Where do the courses take place?
Classroom courses run in Budapest (Allee Corner Offices – Regus) and in London (150 Minories), and we also announce live online dates. Some dates take place in another European city; that is always stated at the date itself. For an in-house course the venue can be the client’s own site.
How large are the groups?
Small enough that there is time and attention for everyone: room for questions, and real feedback on the exercises.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, every participant receives an official certificate of successful attendance.
Is there an exam at the end of the course?
The exam belonging to the international certification is not run by the Academy but by the accrediting body: The Open Group for TOGAF® and PeopleCert for ITIL®. Where a course has an exam, we send the details when we confirm your registration.
Is Bdat.ACADEMY an accredited training provider?
Yes. Our TOGAF® courses are accredited by The Open Group and our ITIL® course by PeopleCert. The accreditation can be checked by anyone in the official register.

In-house training
Can I request an in-house course for my team?
Yes, every open course can be booked in-house as well, from 5 participants. We fit the curriculum, the examples and the schedule to your organisation.
How much does an in-house course cost?
The price depends on the number of participants, the location, the length and how far the content is tailored. We send the quote by e-mail.
Are the accredited courses available in-house too?
Yes. The content of the accredited curriculum cannot be modified, we deliver it in the form approved by the accrediting body (The Open Group for TOGAF®, PeopleCert for ITIL®), but the practical context can be fitted to your industry and to your specific organisational challenges.

What happens to the data I give when registering?
The privacy notice describes the purpose, the legal basis and the duration of the data processing in detail.
Who provides the service?
Bdat.ACADEMY courses are provided by BDAT Solutions Kft. The full company details are in the imprint.
