Why is it useful to obtain the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture – Practitioner level?
The TOGAF® standard is an internationally recognized enterprise architecture framework that enables organizations to align their business, IT, and technology goals through a structured, system-level approach. Further information about the TOGAF® Standard » The Practitioner level builds on the Foundation level, teaching how to apply the standard in practice and how to tailor the ADM to the specific needs of an organization. The skills gained will help with:- designing and managing real-world architecture projects,
- incorporating stakeholder needs into the ADM,
- creating roadmaps, capability plans, and gap analyses,
- managing changes and maintaining the architecture in the long term.
What skills and perspectives does it provide?
By completing the course, participants will be able to:- apply all phases of the ADM in real-world projects,
- identify, manage, and communicate effectively with stakeholders,
- create and document the Architecture Vision,
- develop business, data, application, and technology architectures,
- plan and manage implementation,
- manage architectural changes over the long term,
- track and prioritize requirements,
- apply additional TOGAF® techniques such as risk management, gap analysis, and capability planning.
